The Skaneateles Historical Society has been guarding our history and heritage and secrets for decades.
Skaneateles Lake has a rich history involving water, and boats, that begins in 1795 and is now about to be celebrated by an all-new BOAT MUSEUM.
15 years ago, a remarkable opportunity became a reality when the dilapidated “Creamery” was gifted to the Society. After months of blood, sweat, tears and donations, a group of volunteers re-manufactured the Old Creamery into, well, the NEW Creamery and Museum for all-things fact and artifact about Skaneateles.
